Good win today for @vi_softball against eastern 5-3 - Lauren Foy clutch 2 run 💣in 6th. I chipped in with a double which was also my 48th hit on season and also my 100 hit as sophomore. Ever since 8th grade, I set a goal for myself — 100 hits by my sophomore year.   This weekend, I officially accomplished that goal and more. I went 4-for-4 with a walk against one of New Jersey’s top pitchers in a huge team win. Junior year is a wrap! We didn't make states and we didn't finish satisfied. We're so close to where we need to be, I can taste it. This only makes me want it more! The best part is we have each other for another year! Elite 8 finish, District Champions, Regional runners-up. Thank you to my teammates, coaches, and family for a fun & memorable season!
