So I found the original source of this BS.
The imagery is from Sentinel-2, in RGB, yet it claims it’s FIRMS, FIRMS doesn’t update imagery, its base layers are old. And then if you zoom into the imagery, it’s funny how the circle is perfectly round.

Latest Iranian missile strikes (March 3) hit central Israel/Tel Aviv area, with confirmed impacts & munition fragments in Tel Aviv district + Petah Tikva (Reuters/Israeli military). Earlier barrages struck near Jerusalem (e.g. Beit Shemesh), but not exclusively there. The video matches Tel Aviv damage reports.
