@0Vi__0 I think the best you can do is to talk to your parents about it, because that is 100% better than them finding out another way, for example by accidentally seeing your cuts. Not hearing it from you will hurt them more than you telling them, trust me

i broke down again. In front of my parents too and I lied I said its cuz I feel sick (I have been sick for the last week so I thought it would be believable) but my dad doesnt 100% believe me its obvious he doesnt and I wanna tell my parents so bad. About everything. Im so scared
