We sincerely apologize for the shortcomings and mistakes on our end. We understand the frustrations and concerns raised, especially regarding communication, transparency, and timely updates. We acknowledge that there are areas we need to improve on, and we take full accountability for that.
At the same time, we also want to clarify that all donations and funds were used for fandom projects, initiatives, and operational expenses related to the fanbase and its activities. We understand that people may still have their own judgments and opinions, but we hope everyone also understands that the team has always acted with genuine intentions for the fandom and the community.
This experience became a wake-up call for us to do better moving forward, to improve our systems, strengthen transparency, and handle concerns more responsibly as the community continues to grow.
