Hello! First of all, thank you very much for creating Nameboard. I tried it and really like the idea. These are only feature ideas, not demands, and I hope they may be helpful for future development. 1. Page setup presets It would be very helpful if Nameboard could support common manga/comic manuscript page settings, such as B5, A5, A4, B4, and Webtoon formats. It would also be great if custom page sizes could be supported. 2. Safe area and bleed area For printed manga, it would be very useful to display safe area and bleed guides. Ideally, these guides could be turned on and off at any time, and panels could snap to the safe area lines. 3. Editable panel spacing It would be very convenient if users could set and edit fixed horizontal and vertical spacing between panels. Many manga artists need to keep consistent panel gaps across a page. 4. Panel cutter / split tool It would be very useful if one panel could be directly split into two panels. This is a common paneling method used by many manga artists. It would be even better if diagonal splitting could be supported. At the same time, a panel merge function would also be very convenient. 5. Better dialogue checking and placement I think dialogue planning is a very important part of manga storyboarding. It would be very useful if Nameboard could add a dialogue management feature similar to Clip Studio Paint’s Story Editor: users could write the dialogue first, then drag and place it onto the corresponding panels. This would help creators check whether there is too much dialogue, whether it fits the current panel, and whether the wording needs to be revised. 6. Panel layout templates It would be very useful if frequently used panel layouts could be saved and reused in later pages or projects. 7. Full chapter thumbnail overview It would be very helpful to have a thumbnail overview of the whole chapter. 8. More export options If more export formats were supported, Nameboard would fit more easily into a professional workflow. For example: PSD, JPG, PNG, and a PDF for editor review. If the PDF could include page images, panel numbers, dialogue, and notes, it would be very suitable for communication with editors or collaborators. 9. Version saving and comparison Sometimes creators make several different storyboard versions for the same page or the same section of a story before choosing the best one. It would be very useful if Nameboard could save multiple page or project versions and allow users to compare them later. Thank you again for creating this tool!

What a great project！ I’d really love to contribute a Chinese translation and add a small feature or two. It would be wonderful if this project were open source……
