I would have thought that Filipinos would be happy for the old man to spend his supposed retirement trying to combat the scourage of drugs in the country. I would have thought that Filipinos would be happy that the President they elected gets as much help as he can to solve the problems that burden the country. But I thought wrong. There are still Filipinos who would be happy to see their country burn in hell for as long as their pride remain intact. It turns out red, can be yellow too.

I think a lot of Filipinos are with you on this. The drug war may not sound good to those who are against it, majority of Filipinos supported it. Many are now free from the struggles they’ve faced for many years. We must recognize that it is very toxic to live with or friends with drug addict/s. They lie and steal. 🤷🏻‍♀️
