every documents or certificates I had are all collected by my mom and kept away from my touch, but she does let me see my own documentation except letting me borrow it without her supervision. So I don't have much proof since it also very personal.

In my case, you can. I don’t have the documents with me since my mom is the one who’s managing everything and keeps it the documents hidden. But i can take a picture of my medication i took everyday
