@CoJoPM I trust you and the team but this feels so wrong. 5-0, required a substitute, then lost to Vitality who figured out their issues, and a good looking TH very narrowly. Doesn’t sit right. With Veqi who had more time to gel with the team, we more likely would’ve qualified

After review, we felt like we could get more out of our coaching structure as we try & push for our remaining objectives this season.
Wasn’t an easy decision, especially with someone who were all so fond of, but I believe a change was necessary and we can still do great things.

After reviews following VCT EMEA Split 1, we have decided to restructure our coaching staff with @milanfps stepping aside as head coach and @DesmoFPS stepping in as interim head coach for our upcoming EWC qualifiers. Whilst we are still in discussion with Milan about his future at FNATIC we want to thank him for his incredible efforts in the position, and we are working on finalizing a new head coach to work alongside Desmo.

@milanfps I don’t get it, man. I hope this was mutual. The squad went 5-0 through all the changes, and fell with a sub. You guys performed incredibly well, and the losses were understandable if disappointing. Shame you couldn’t have stayed until the meta change :/ hope to see you back

I’m grateful for every player, staff member, and fan who was part of this journey. We shared some incredible moments, learned through the difficult ones, and built memories I’ll carry with me for a long time.
I still believe deeply in this roster and the people behind it. Thank you for all the support during my time here.
Esports moves fast, and sometimes change is part of the process. No regrets, only gratitude for the experience and the people I met through it.
