Unfortunately what I'm seeing, is not even people defending sykkuno. It's men bashing the victims for 'going after him' and being 'e-thots'.
Interacting needs two people. HE is the perpetrator. Not the victims not knowing about his actual intentions and personality.

@polinfranchaela Both can be true. Doesn't make either of them bad people. It makes them complex characters living in a deeply unfair society. In Marina's shoes, I would have done what she did. But in Pen's shoes, I'd have done the same thing she did. It makes them dynamic and interesting. :)

Same argument could be used for Penelope as well. Why should she prioritize someone she met a couple months ago instead of the friend she had for over 10 years (while being a friend of the whole’s family).
