For every 100g of tamarind soaked in 100g of filtered water, the ratio is 1:1 -When the broth is almost boiling, add soup powder to taste, slowly add tamarind essence to add mild acidity. -Crush 3 lemongrass, take the white part and drop it in, a few lime leaves for aroma, slice lengthwise, add a little onion, 1/4 pineapple cut into pieces, 1 tomato quartered and add 1 ear of corn cut into pieces. Lotus Rice Sticky Rice with Coconut 💚 Hello everyone 👉I share the simple formula as follows: Com: 300gr Shelled green beans: 300gr Fresh lotus seeds: 100gr Grated coconut: 50gr Coconut milk: 40gr Salt: 2gr Food color green, yellow,... 👉 How to do: - Soak the green beans, steam for about 20 minutes until cooked, leaving 10 grams whole, the remaining eggplant puree. - Cook lotus seeds with sugar for about 15 minutes. -Shredded coconut mixed with 30 grams of sugar to absorb the flavor -Coconut milk mixed with 2gr salt + 40gr sugar + food coloring ratio 2 green: 1 yellow gives a green color or you can use color from vegetables as you like. 👉Pour the green rice into a bowl to prepare for mixing: -Sprinkle coconut milk into the rice and mix well to absorb. -Then add coconut slugs - lotus seeds - green beans - pureed green beans and mix again and you're done -Put it in the steamer for exactly 5 minutes and it's done!
