There are no transactions on @0xMiden in the way you’re used to. Read that again. If you come from chains where users send transactions to a mempool, Miden works very differently. And today i saw two of the best creators on miden - @BuTongRen6 and @periagoge1 On Miden, accounts execute locale That means: • Your account runs the logic off-chain • State updates happen locally • A ZK proof is generated • Only the proof is submitted on-chain The network doesn’t re-run your transaction. It only verifies that execution was correct. This is why privacy is native. You can have: Public accounts → state is visible Private accounts → balances and data stay hidden Same execution model. Different disclosure rules. Each account: • Holds assets • Stores data • Enforces custom rules • Produces proofs of correct behavior There’s no separate “privacy layer”. No hiding data after execution. Instead, Miden asks: “What if sensitive data never touched the chain in the first place?” Only proofs do. This model changes how you think about scaling too. Less global computation. More local execution. The chain becomes a verifier, not a bottleneck. Once you understand this, a lot of traditional blockchain design starts to feel very expensive.
