This quarter, I’ve closed multiple $1M+ without a slide deck.
I’m using a single AI tool. Today, I want to share it, free.
After signing, a prospect asked me how we created the site. They were so wow-ed they wanted it for their own clients.
Here’s what floored them: it took a single designer 5 minutes to prompt and launch.
The AI chains together 6 key parts of our sales process, turning a 18-page deck into a single, personalized website.
When they asked, I gave them this template and workflow.
Now I want to share it for free:
Follow me + comment “GA” and I’ll DM it.

How to build AI tools without writing code:
(Using Claude Code for competitive research as an example)
Step 1: Start with a vague ask
→ "Find distressed wedding venues in North Carolina"
→ Don't overthink it. Claude will search the web and find patterns you'd miss.
→ It found social posts about "stranded brides" and owners going to prison.
Step 2: Turn chaos into structure
→ Ask Claude to create a CSV with a schema
→ Now you have sortable, filterable data
→ This is what separates "I asked ChatGPT" from "I built a tool"
Step 3: Use Plan Mode (Shift+Tab)
→ Claude interviews YOU before doing the work
→ It asks: "What level of control do you want?" "Acquisition or partnership?"
→ Fills gaps in your thinking you didn't know existed
Step 4: Add a scoring rubric
→ Claude analyzed each venue for acquisition potential vs partnership fit
→ One scored 4.2/5 for acquisition (owner in prison, foreclosure auction)
→ Another scored high for partnership (burned out owner, good property)
Step 5: Visualize with Playground
→ Type "use the playground skill to create a visual dossier"
→ It builds a full HTML dashboard with filters, tags, and next-step recommendations
→ One self-contained file you can share with anyone
Step 6: Turn it into a skill
→ "Create a skill that repeats this for any state"
→ Now the entire workflow runs with one command
→ Research → Structure → Score → Dashboard. Automated.
The beauty of this process is that you're building tools that compound.

Massive trend I've seen in YC companies as well. The demand for internal AI transformations seems to be endless.
Anyone working on an agency play here to fill the gap?
Codie Sanchez@Codie_Sanchez
Best money I've ever spent as a CEO... an internal AI transformation hire. He doesn't care about title. He just wants to ship. And he goes across your entire org, sales, revenue, hr, apps, tech and kills stupid manual processes. Such an underrated unlock I have since hired 2 more.

claude code just made every automation agency look like a joke.
i described an outreach system in plain english.
it planned the architecture, asked me clarifying questions, then built the entire thing autonomously.
14 minutes. zero code. self-healing workflows.
here's what happened:
i said "build me an outreach system that scrapes leads from apollo, researches them, sends personalized emails from my gmail, and hits them on linkedin"
claude code:
→ read my .md file (the secret sauce)
→ asked what type of clients i'm targeting
→ asked how i want linkedin handled
→ designed the full system architecture
→ built n8n workflows for the linear tasks
→ created agentic flows for the complex stuff
→ connected everything to airtable crm
i clicked "yes, allow" a few times.
that's it. that's the whole process.
the .md file is what makes this work. it tells claude how to think about automations - when to use linear workflows vs agentic flows, how to structure them, how to make them self-healing.
without it, claude guesses.
with it, claude builds like a $15K consultant.
comment "CLAUDE" and i'll send you the .md file that makes this possible.

look real hard at the green box
every category under 10% on this chart is a department still running on manual effort and tribal knowledge.
that’s where stress lives
that’s where budgets live
turn one of those workflows into a repeatable AI agent
that’s vertical saas 2.0

Exactly, Claude Code isn’t magic. Its power comes from leverage and mastery. Most developers won’t put in the hours to learn it deeply, so the edge goes to those who do. Compiling all the right resources, courses, repos, tutorials, removes friction and lets execution compound. The real “millionaire maker” isn’t the AI itself. It’s the developer who applies it consistently, builds systems around it, and captures opportunity others ignore.

I'm so tired.
But grateful. I spent my week talking to dozens of business owners and executives diving head-first into OpenClaw.
No two personas were exactly the same--we had some that I expected: VCs, tech executives, and finance bros. But others ran oil companies, healthcare companies, and I even spoke to a magician.
I've done so many setups, and have watched people's eyes light up when they start realizing what is possible.
These are smart people--every single one of them had some creative way they wanted to use OpenClaw, and they almost always succeeded with a bit of help.
Some wanted to manage dozens of agents handling their entire business, and making expensive agencies obsolete. Others wanted a particular workflows done. All of them wanted to be educated on the possibilities, and how to push what's possible without sacrificing security.
Now our slack is filled with some of the most interesting people in the world, and all I have to do is listen to them as I build the product.
I will never get tired of that.

just created the ultimate openclaw setup guide.
lots of founders are struggling to find use cases for it, I have it running my business 24/7.
Even using my card info to hire designers on Contra.
inside the doc, i’ll cover…
-> how to install and run the first boot.
-> the mandatory first boot checklist.
-> workspace files so it knows how to behave.
-> creating your agent’s philosophy with SOULmd.
-> uploading your information with USERmd.
-> how to add skill stacks.
-> setting up your communication channel.
-> some basic automations to save you HOURS.
-> multi-agent routing.
-> ensuring security is set up properly.
also uploaded all the code so you can just plug-n-play.
just RT + comment “CLAW” and I’ll send it to you (must be following)

I went to a conference of over 100+ people selling digital products, each person making 7 to 9 figures per year (in Miami)
I've never felt so behind and broke even tho im making millions already
people were making millions with ebooks and courses on a variety of topics/niches: Ecom, Tik Tok shop, websites, etc
I've gathered some secret business methods including :
1) how they're getting millions of views per week
2) converting those views into $3K+ sales daily
3) how to automate the entire thing and build systems
4) breakdown example of posts and products sold
5) show you how many sales, sales calls, entire funnel
6) case studies : how complete beginners scaled to $100K+ per month within 8 months with the right methods
7) and how you can get started :)

This Nano Banana + Veo 3 workflow generates entire UGC campaigns from one product photo 🤯
One AI creator. Multiple scenes. Full character consistency across every video.
Built 100% in n8n.
Perfect for e-comm brands and agencies who need UGC that actually looks like a cohesive campaign, not a random mess of AI faces.
Here's the problem:
You generate 10 AI videos and get 10 different "creators."
Different faces, different vibes, zero consistency.
It looks like AI slop, not a real campaign.
This n8n workflow solves it:
→ Upload one product photo via n8n form
→ AI analyzes your product and generates the creative direction
→ Nano Banana locks in a single consistent character
→ Veo 3 generates multiple scenes with that same talent
→ Everything auto-stitches into finished campaign videos
→ Download-ready UGC in minutes
No mismatched creators.
No manual editing.
No stitching clips together in Premiere.
What you get:
- Full UGC campaigns with character consistency across every video
- Multiple scenes featuring the exact same AI "creator"
- Auto-stitched final output ready for Meta or TikTok
- Production-ready content in minutes, not days
Want the full n8n workflow for free?
