Your role requires courage, the ability to make hard calls, and a commitment to protect the whole line, not the other way around. This is the engineering culture we have at @ConduitPay: disciplined, supportive, and steady under pressure. We don’t always get it perfectly, but when we push shield like a real phalanx, nothing can stand in our way.
