The best thing sbf/ftx did for us was create a canonical version of the US dollar in their app, and just basket all relevant stables under one umbrella.
it made ux so nice on the exchange.
@tokens will now return a single USD version with all variants under one umbrella, sick.

honest feedback is hard to get
but when you pay people to tear down your product, it becomes insanely productive
a total of 41 submissions on @gib_work
telling us what sucks and what can be improved
paid feedback is invaluable
it brings the quiet failures front and center
the weird UX you thought worked suddenly becomes obvious
when 20 out of 40 people tell you the same thing, it becomes painfully obvious what needs to change
and along the way, you might even convert a few into actual users

once you review how people are actually using your product, all the small tweaks start to become obvious
