> Registered my company as an entity in the UAE
> Made disciplined trading decisions (@Zcash) & farmed multiple airdrops

2. Content & Distribution
> Tried video based content which generated 1M+ impressions, with some videos crossing 100k
> Handled media coverage for @SingularityNET during @HackIndiaXYZ
> Learned AI based video content creation & filmmaking
> Shot my first-ever podcast and hosted 20+ spaces
> Started a crypto only Instagram page for @ActualOnexyz and it crossed 500k views in 2025

This was me last year: ambitious and full of energy. This year, I got humbled, but it was still a complete roller coaster 🎢 L’s of 2024 (Learnings) 🥲 - Failed miserably at building a product in the RWA field (ignored regulations) - Struggled with a Game Resale marketplace (missed the right PMF) - Got my wallet drained twice (greedy for airdrops) -Lost money in Futures and Options (never again) - Regret not staying longer at my job (for more experience ) - Ignored health and sleep tremendously W’s of 2024 🥳 - Invited as a speaker at 5+ colleges (including my uni) - Traveled to 5+ countries and registered my startup in Dubai 🛫 - Attended my first F1 race (SGP Grand Prix) 🏎️ - Built my dream setup and got a bike - Enjoyed my last bit of college life and celebrated most festivals with family - Learned a new sport (Pickleball) - Hosted 20+ Twitter spaces and recorded my first IRL podcast at @token2049 🇦🇪 - Wrote 200+ crypto-focused tweets (check Highlights) - Doubled investments overnight (thanks to @realDonaldTrump) - Explored the Chinese Web3 market and emerging L1s like @monad_xyz - Organized 10+ Solana events in my city (thanks @SuperteamIN) 💜 - Expanded @ActualOnexyz to 10+ Indian cities and universities in Dubai, Singapore, and Australia,earning a best community nomination at Global Blockchain Show 🇦🇪 - Witnessed @solanaidentity grow into a leading identity project (TGE ✅) - Explored @base and AI agents deeply, (thanks to @Saxenasaheb and @callusfbi community 🙌 ) - Finally did not run behind SWAGS in events 😌 What’s Next? 🤔 - Continuing the AI agent project on @base & expanding @ActualOnexyz even further 🫶

~3 months ago, we had an idea that felt too big and ambitious, yet too important to let go.
The Starknet Outpost (@0xOutpost) in Pune has come to an end, and looking back, it feels unreal how far we have come.
There were highs and lows, and definitely moments when we said to ourselves, “fuck this shit, I’m out.”
What surprised us is that we all stuck together, and what really matters is that we delivered on what we promised.
We built something real, and we are proud of it.
Even though I left Pune a few weeks before demo day, I was fully involved with my team to make sure everything went as planned.
This was also a journey of many firsts for me.
- First time in Pune.
- First time hosting a residency program.
- First time exploring Starknet.
Each moment was a lesson, and I’m taking a lot back with me.
The biggest thanks go to the Starkware team @akashneelesh, @RehanNek, and @abhijithof for making this possible, and to the Starknet Foundation for supporting builders who took a leap of faith.
Gratitude also to our judges @0xSmit, @gyanlakshmi, @kunalvg, and @8am1am for guiding us in selecting the final projects.
We had teams building from 150+ applications → 32 builders shortlisted → coming in from cities and states like Chennai, Kolkata, Gujarat, Uttarakhand, Delhi, and Mumbai.
Out of this, 15+ projects were built during the Starknet Outpost.
We screened down to the top 8 for demo day:

What we witnessed was more than pitches.
It was builders turning ideas into products, and strangers turning into a community.
The Outpost team, and my friends @I_am_prathik, @pieakshat, @mandar_999, and @sahilxfr, poured their hearts into this.
Each of us came from different backgrounds, with jobs and other commitments, yet we came together to create something greater than ourselves.
In the end, the real reward is the friends we make along the way.

We had about 150+ applications, out of which 32 builders were shortlisted.
Where we had builders from different cities like Chennai, Kolkata, Gujarat, Uttarakhand, Delhi, Mumbai
85% of these builders were new to the Starknet ecosystem and had no prior experience build with the smart contract language Cairo.
We had about 15+ projects that were built during the Starknet outpost out of which we had done a screening and ended up with the top 8 projects.
We had about 8 teams that presented on the demo day.
there was $0 in incentives given out to teams throughout the 3 months of outpost.
but as part of our starktember campaign, the team decided to spice up things in the last week of outpost and hence we put in 77,000 strk (~$10,000), where this was gonna be disbursed during the demo day to projects that was going to be judged based on 3 criteria's :
> the project idea
> the pitch
> completeness
alongside 4 projects are gonna be traveling to Bali for @XFounders_camp where their whole stay for a week is going to be fully sponsored.
we also had a special mention during the demo day.
well in short the projects that were demoing and the quality of the pitches during the demo day were just bangers.
adding to this again, none of this would have been possible without the support of the devs, founders n projects and friends on ground @I_am_prathik, @pieakshat, @mandar_999, @sahilxfr, @ninja_writer21, @abhijithof.

It was a whole roller coaster ride for 12 weeks with sleepless nights of shipping, midnight brainstorming, fun weekend outings, pitching and cracked mentor sessions.
Finally the day came and all of that hard work went out in public.
