Tickets of build issues/problems encountered then flow into a board that allows the ops team to remain fully informed, while integrating end support for customers

@BatsouElef Still building and refining as I work towards supporting a web SaaS for builders of small teams and the support to deploy it locally via Kubernetes for larger enterprise agencies. Jira is expensive, so finding a cost effective alternative was my focus.
