If you can not speak against Caste & Casteism, you have no right to speak against Reservation.
I am a Brahmin myself, born & brought up in a village of Mathura, UP.
I have seen caste & casteism in its raw form, where untouchability is practiced, where Dalits can’t enter our homes.
So, don’t you dare tell me that casteism has ended.
Reservation is not going anywhere for next 100 years and more.
Upper castes won’t stop discrimination, Varna stays, so does reservation. Cope.

A successful career requires a money backup. 97% of SC/STs don't have the 2 acres of land and other streams of income, whereas 93% of General families have 5+ acres of land and ancestral wealth. So first, distribute the land and wealth equally and make education and healthcare free, and then remove the caste system. Eventually, the reservations will be removed automatically.
