Genesis Pass update here’s what changed and why it matters
The mint is now moving entirely to the official @Nasun_io website instead of OpenSea. This shift improves the overall experience and reduces fees, with the savings going directly to reward the top 100 on the leaderboard. Once minted, the Genesis Pass will still be tradable on OpenSea.
All mint dates have been pushed back by one day. The updated schedule (UTC) is as follows:
- Free mint opens April 7 at 3 PM.
- GTD allowlist begins April 8 at 3 AM at around $8 in ETH.
- FCFS allowlist follows April 8 at 3 PM at around $10.
- Public mint starts April 9 at 3 PM at around $15.
The mint closes April 14 at 3 PM.
One of the most important changes is the removal of a fixed supply. Instead, the total number of Genesis Passes will be determined by time. As long as the mint window is open, users can mint. Once it closes, no more passes will be created.
So my question is we can mint more then 1?
The allowlist system has also evolved. Access is no longer the differentiator since everyone can participate. The only variable now is pricing. GTD participants get the lowest entry point, FCFS comes next, and the public pays the highest price. For those on the FCFS list, minting before the public phase is key to securing the better rate.
Overall, the process becomes more accessible but also more strategic. Timing now plays a critical role in how you approach the mint.
