I am one of those people who actually praise momo for his skills on the killer, but hates the way he plays in pubs, especially due to the inherent nature of uncoordinated teams in solo q... Like, with his skill and killer...

dbd is the only multiplayer pvp game where you will get massive amounts of hate from every corner of the internet for trying to win against your opponent instead of treating them like your little cousin at the thanksgiving family gathering

Recently my friends and I played against and ended MomoSeventh’s 2K blight streak. The reason I am writing this today is to say I'm sorry, explain my perspective, discuss some of the harassment I have experienced, and how I plan to move forward.

@0xffbraid @Ty13rTTV @Furency0 I'm just gonna say it - the problem with soloQ hasn't been killers, or killer perks, or lack of communication for a long time. If my ADHD ass can assess a situation in soloQ, anyone can do it. The issue is the players, and you can't fix stupid.

Blight should be 110% speed and lose 2-3 rush tokens when breaking a pallet. If you're actually good at the killer, you should have no issue with this.

See posts like this make me sad because there's genuinely nothing wrong with being competitive in DBD. Or any game. We just had the Women's World Cup that uplifted so many talented women and we just forgot about it in the span of 12 hours I guess?

What you're suggesting is more or less comp balance, but that is way too much of an undertaking. The easiest way is nerf broken perks, then nerf the broken killers. The perks are a larger issue because they are far more widespread, and the list of broken killers is like 3 out of 42.

What i dont like about winstreaks is this: The other side is COMPLETELY unaware of someone on the opposite side getting ready to sweat like someone holds their family at gun point saying ‘get a 4k or else’ So thats why its hard for me to feel sorry when ppl like that get sniped.

@tiger_was_alone @mindvmt People are acting like every game is a sweat SWF and they know d.well that is not the case... Uncoordinated teams are no match for a good blight with this builds and play style.

Bruh what is yalls thing with winning??? There is more to life than getting a win i used to run a bs saving build before nerf (mettle sabo background and breakout) ALL the time because i dont want to tryhard with ds dh ub etc every game thats boring to me. Same with killer ppl try new build and wanna try interesting things not everybody wanna sweat like crazy

@alphyy43 Dude im not doing this old as the game itself back and forth you have your opinion i have mine, we have different visions of the game. Its ok. You dont have to like mine i dont have to like yours. The argument is pointless.

To be fair i only dislike ego streaks when someone just sweating to sweat i think its super boring and shows nothing but someones ego however i have nothing against challenges or streaks with a challenge cause it makes it fun

I agree on first part, but I do think that perks are the MAIN problem because so many have been created as band-aid fixes to problematic mechanics. For example, STB being added to help with tunneling, yet a 4 man can stack it and force any killer to 12-hook which essentially leaves only Blight and maybe Billy depending on the map who can compete. It's why you hear so frequently that "if you don't like *insert annoying game mechanic* just run *insert perk bhvr created as a band aid fix for people who dislike said game mechanic*. Second part I disagree on. The evil isn't necessary when it's only to deal with the small percentage of players who are good AND in a SWF. Then everyone gravitates towards those killers so that they can deal with these squads when they get them and it just makes the majority of the playerbase miserable bc they're loading into games against overprepared high A/S tier killers they stand no chance against.

@carolbressmilk i only have 1600 matches of killer and it feels like I played this game too much, I can’t imagine having a winstreak of 2k games

the biggest part of a streak is the consistency and time btw "i could hit 2k wins in a row on blight" no u literally couldnt. u would probably die from playing that much dbd

@Sirius0x @carolbressmilk It takes time, but about 200hrs for momo... This is based on what I remember his average game time being 6 mins. Running the strongest killer, strongest build(s) and tunneling and slugging is not that hard when you are SO good at blight and HE IS GREAT, so give or take
