Snipers are now blocked from claiming forfeited tiles on new grids (sometimes valued at hundreds of dollars). Instead, holders with the longest duration (most tax paid to the creator) gain access through a priority queue. Defending a position has new benefits.

MEMO 010: Any LP on Takeover can now create a grid of 100 tiles that provide perpetual secondary markets for the LP's yield. More below...

Bots have been sniping forfeited seats - removing a crucial human PVP element from the game dynamic. The next upgrade will enforce a 5 minute anti-snipe window, allowing existing tile holders to acquire forfeited tiles from the same grid. Snipe the snipers.
