Builder Fee Update
In the next couple days, dynamic builder fees will be applied based on users' 14-day rolling volume on builder fee exchanges (@hyperliquidx, @extendedapp, @nadoHQ, @OndoPerps).
At launch, the 14-day rolling volume will be retroactively calculated.

For whales this might look tiny but for a small player like me trying to build from scratch, this is huge.
