7 weeks working with @magicburp
here is what that actually looked like
I have been doing outbound collab management since 2023. paused for a while because I am genuinely selective. most projects are not worth the energy.
what made Goblynz different was MagicBurp himself.
first week he announced @GoblynzNFT, the hype was real. he didn’t chase it. he slowed down, thought it through, and built something meant to last. that is rare. that is why I applied.
people think collab management is just handling spots.
it is not. here is what 7 weeks actually looked like 👇
- lots of team meetings, strategic discussions and more
- 200+ communities reached
- every collab, every status, every deliverable. nothing fell through the cracks.
- filtering: the most underrated part of this job. not every community that wants a collab deserves one. protecting the quality of the Den was non negotiable.
- UGC strategy: getting community members creating real content around Goblynz. not engagement farming. actual creative participation.
- negotiations: structuring every collab so both sides actually got value. not just ticking boxes.
grateful to every community that supported and those still showing love after the collab concluded.

we are not in a favorable market for NFTs right now. everyone knows that.
but I am genuinely rooting for this project.
this is my lowest paid role in a while. I took it because I believe in it. that is not something I say lightly.
now we let the market decide.
