Our sake is unpasteurised so this technique was developed with our sake maker. It’s in a massive specially made vessel, bottled to order and shipped directly so when you drink it the flavours are not lost.

It’s unfiltered and kept in zero degrees and bottled to order. This has never been done before. The taste out of this world and were hoping will win some awards.

@walruswins @loldefi @elliotjfaber @SushiSwap No it’s not fake, we have documented the whole process from planting rice, to sake production and were just hit with severe delays due to Japan being closed. Now that the country is open after more then 2 years we will go there to finalise the product.

@loldefi @elliotjfaber For transparency funds have only been utilised for sake production. They are in sushi treasury and managed by the sushi team. No contributors were paid. This was lots of time and effort spent by friends wanting to create a world class product. For context Japan has just opened.

You were asking about the sake NFT, this NFT by the incredible @fvckrender will be utilised to redeem the sake and also govern our future sake dao. We want our sake lovers to decide if we will create the worlds first decentralised sake brewery in Kyoto. Coming soon.

To clarify this. Sake is on track to be redeemed end of this month / early June.
All proceeds of sales are in sushi treasury and have only been utilised for production of sake and packaging and nothing else.
