A month ago I had no idea how to make vertical clips. Now I get a shoutout from Jonah and I am so grateful for that. I see the standard of clips on Youtube and TikTok and I'm impressed. Idk how to do all that. So for the past month, I wasn't consuming content. I was studying it. Watching Ishowspeed clips. Studying video effects and techniques. Figuring out how to implement them. Im gonna keep getting better at this with sheer hard work.

day 4 of the clipping challenge... $13 earned so far. i'll be switching things up the Andres campaign is removing TikTok from the platform list. and since i'm running this whole challenge through TikTok, i need a new campaign already browsing the discover page for something w/ similar CPMs that fits the account also got my editor locked in. working w/ him on rev share so i'm still spending $0 upfront. he clips, i post, we split earnings. if he's as good as his portfolio looks this should let me scale to 10+ clips/day without burning out there's a long way to get to that though now here's something i've been thinking about since day 1 that i think is killing my numbers: i'm not posting from a US IP the account's audience is 80%+ american. but i'm posting from outside the US and it's VERY WELL KNOWN known that the algorithm initially distributes your content to users near your posting location THEREFORE my clips are getting served to a local test audience first INSTEAD of the american audience that actually engages w/ this type of content i can not believe i let this go over my head the mismatch would explain why an account averaging 500k views is suddenly doing 500 switching to a US proxy tomorrow. if the theory is right the numbers should respond well ASAP if it's wrong then i rule it out and keep testing every day of this challenge is one long experiment. the $10k is the goal but what i'm really enjoying is re-discovering everything and improving through the trial and error follow along. tomorrow we find out if location was the bottleneck PS: here's one of my videos. am i a good editor so far?
