Recommend if you're farming yield by selling puts. Using risk-based margin models like Derive boost capital efficiency and APR, but it also comes with liquidation risk. So what lens should we use to capture the benefits without taking on tail risk? Enjoy 👇

Finally, a new gold-standard stablecoin with basis and lending yields ready for public Staked my thUSD (sthUSD) to earn yield for now. Will allocate more once it has more DeFi integrations (iykyk). Let's talk about the most important part: Yield source 💧 Theo runs a delta-neutral gold strategy: - Long side: thGOLD (Theo's gold product) = lending yield - Short side: gold shorts on CME and other exchanges = basis yield Two independent cash flow sources from the world's deepest commodity market. Not from token incentives or funding rates. Theo ran this strategy on its own balance sheet for 4 months before opening it to the public. The founder says the carry generates yield in "every basis regime". That's the kind of track record you want to see from every team. Also feeling optimistic for genesis program participants (those who got in the $100M cap within the first 24 hours). They earned yield through the full 6-week pre-deposit window, and now they can claim and keep staking. NFA. DYOR.

We're entering "Sell in May and go away". No point rushing into new positions 🚨 Farming Stables with Selling Puts 🚨 I'm selling BTC puts, this time farming ~18% APR on stables using @TYMIOapp. TYMIO is a structured product that asks you what you want, step by step: 1/ "Earn Yield" → that's my goal on stables 2/ WBTC → correlated asset 3/ "Buy" → create a buy order and earn yield 4/ 0.01 → order size 5/ $73,000 → target price 6/ 32 days → farming duration That's it. No complex stuff, built for beginners. It shows you the APR for each price level and lets you pick. What I picked: "Buy 0.01 WBTC at $73,000 for 32 days + earn 18.5% APR on the order" So in 32 days, either: - BTC stays above $73k → I get my $730 back + the premium. Free yield. - BTC hits $73k → I get 0.01 WBTC at a price I wanted anyway + free yield. I'll keep adding put positions throughout May as I think retrace will take a while. About TYMIO: OG structured product on Ethereum, Base, and Arbitrum, non-custodial, operated since 2024 with $31M+ cumulative volume. Founder is doxxed. This post is collaborated with TYMIO. DYOR. NFA.

Some asked if I diversify beyond STRC-backed stablecoins. Answer is yes. Here are the other PTs on @pendle_fi I'm farming. Solid yields + good APRs 👇 1 - PT USDai (7.5% APR) by @USDai_Official USDai is 100% backed by PayPal's PYUSD. No exposure to the GPU loan book that backs sUSDai (explained below). 7.5% on a PYUSD-backed stable is a good deal. 2 - PT sUSDai (9.36% APR) by @USDai_Official sUSDai is the yield bearing version of USDai, backed by PYUSD and GPU loans. Native staking yield sits at 7.11% with a clear unstaking period. Yield comes from GPU loans. One of the most solid yield generation approaches I've seen in the new cohort. Been farming it for a while. 3 - PT thBILL (9.63% APR) by @Theo_Network thBILL is a tokenized US T-Bills product via partners like Libeara and Wellington. Near risk-free T-bill yields, minus some spread. APR recently jumped from Pendle LP incentives. 9.6% fixed on T-Bills is good enough to farm. 4 - PT SIERRA (10.72% APR) by @SierraIsMoney Sierra generates yield through reserve assets in a diversified RWA + DeFi portfolio. Current allocation: Morpho Gauntlet, Collateralized Loan Obligations (CLO), and investment-grade commercial paper. SIERRA has more moving parts than the others. 10.72% fixed is starting to get attention. NFA. DYOR. Always diverdify.

For those that want STRC DAT yield but don't want to worry about what's fake or real Here's your 4-step Pendle-powered guide: 1⃣ Ape PT 2⃣ Fix your yields (~30-40% higher than indicative dividend rate) 4⃣ ? 5⃣ Profit Literally that easy 👌

Most STRC DAT yield is fake. Not in a scammy way, but in a "diluted OR concentrated before it reaches you" way. Yield gets generated by the STRC portion of reserves, then split across whoever is staked. How to evaluate STRC DAT yields, using Apyx ( @apyx_fi ) as an example👇 — 1. Collateralization and Reserve composition Apyx sits at 100.89% per the new transparency dashboard built by @AccountableData. Total reserves: $206.43M: - $ 110M STRC (53.5%) - $80.8M cash & equity (43.76%) - $2.71M SATA (2.85%, functions similarly to STRC) That $ 110M STRC backing equals 78% of apxUSD's $142.88M supply (as of April 24). For comparison, Saturn sits at 61.8% STRC backing on sUSDat. More STRC in reserves = more yield generated for stakers. — 2. Two-token mechanics Apyx uses the Ethena-style two-token model (think USDe/sUSDe): - apxUSD as the non-yield bearing stablecoin - apyUSD as the yield-bearingstablecoin Yield from reserves flows only to apyUSD stakers, and only about 60% of apxUSD supply is staked into apyUSD. Fewer stakers = bigger yield slice for apyUSD stakers — 3. Apyx APY evaluation Roughly 11% more APY for apyUSD stakers vs other STRC-backed stables like Saturn, driven by yield mechanism structure and amount of STRC backing: > Apyx: 10.69% APY (78% STRC backing + concentrated yield with 60% staked) > Saturn: 9.7% APY (61.8% STRC backing + 38.2% T-Bills) In Apyx's model, the STRC backing apxUSD also contributes yield to apyUSD stakers. So before you decide to start farming on any of these, make sure you understand the underlying collateral, risk, and yield distribution system. NFA. DYOR.

The RWA market grew 5x in a year. $4.1B → $25.2B. Only 14.3% is actually working in DeFi. In collaboration with @DefiLlama, @dl_research maps the gap in their Q1 State of RWAfi, and names thGOLD as one of the assets closing it.

I find it interesting that no one on CT is talking about $STRC stablecoins. If we combine the TVL of @apyx_fi and @saturn_credit it exceeds $300M. What is most interesting is that DeFi TVL has shrunk due to the recent exploits so going against headwinds is very impressive. Top 5 stablecoin backing in the making. Can see a path to multibillion as Saylor closes in on shortening the dividend timing (reduces the peg volatility / enables more efficient leverage).

Decided to make leverage looping PT apxUSD automated for everyone. Since @apyx_fi brought STRC flywheel onchain, PT apxUSD has one of the more attractive carry setups for looping right now: > PT apxUSD for 14.07% fixed APY > Borrow USDC at 6.47% floating APY > 4x loop lands around 29.21% APY after LTV number This strategy template is built on @Infinit_Labs. Each step requires signing txs directly with Pendle and Morpho (it's not a vault and your capital interacts with the protocols without any intermediary). Two things to watch: > Borrow rate is variable. > PT price can drift before maturity (unlikely), so the Morpho position still has liquidation risk even though the yield is "fixed." Test with small capital first so you understand slippage, swap fees, and how the loop behaves in practice.

@0xTindorr @apyx_fi the borrow rate being variable is the hidden kill switch. 6.47% today can be 9% in 3 weeks and the net yield flips before you can exit the PT position.

POV: you just sent your normie friend some money onchain > what they thought happened: private transaction between two ppl > what actually happened: - 847 blockchain analysts indexed it - your transaction is in 122 dashboards - your wallet got tagged in some analytics firm report - someone on CT is tracking your address - your entire history is now linked to the recipient still think you don't need privacy?

DeFi was challenged this week. People are rethinking everything and adjusting portfolios to risks they didn't see coming. Even battled tested blue chips were put to the test. When you're leveraging DeFi now, consider how you can use AI strategies to diversify risk while generating the most yield on-chain. I've been exploring @infinit_labs AI agents to automate a strategy I call "Pendle PT MOBA" I've talked about in the past. I updated this strategy recently with new PTs, this helps me automate my favorite ones. I feel extremely safe with Pendle core contracts, but with new PTs popping up constantly there's always inherent risk. Spreading my funds between different PTs helps me sleep better. Using $10,000 as an example 25% $reUSD - 9.93% APY 25% $USDat - 4.99% APY 25% $USDG - 4.21% APY 25% $apxUSD - 10.14% This yields an average of 9.66% APY. Depositing once is easy; contributing weekly is a bit of a chore. Infinit lets you automate the entire diversification process seamlessly. How Infinit Works Infinit unifies DeFi discovery and execution. Previously, creating farming scripts required coding skills or thousands of dollars for a dev and testing. - Prompt-to-DeFi: Use natural language to build multi-step strategies across 35+ protocols. - Non-Custodial: The AI coordinates and prepares transactions, but it never takes action autonomously. You stay in control. No fear like OpenClaw ignoring you. - You can choose or create conversative to more aggressive strategies depending on your risk profile. Below is an example of me using a natural language prompt to build a new strategy. When I initially was building this strategy, it caught a logic issue, you can see it recommended that I add the Pendle market. I added the Pendle USDat market it recommended, hit generate, and it was instantly resolved. You can also use Smart Actions, which help you navigate through different strategies to pick exactly what you need from simple dropdowns. Infinit Fundraising & Tokenomics ( $IN ) Infinit is backed by Electric Capital, Mirana, Arthur Hayes' Maelstrom, and Hashed Official. Raising originally $6 million in 2024. Today secures $28 million TVL with 30,000 strategies executed. $IN is the native token and governance of INFINIT. It currently trades at a mcap of $19.9M with a FDV of $64M. Users can stake $IN and earn protocol fees, unlock premium platform features, and participate in governance. - IN stakers earn a share of transaction fees generated by DeFi Agents - Reduces fees on actions (e.g., looping, delta neutral) - Early access to features - Gated access, unlock top traders strategies - Higher rate limit, create more strategies using INFINIT ai agents You can see the vesting cliffs, release schedule, and distribution below If you aren't sure where to start, some of my favorite strategies right now are you can discover on the home page. @kenodnb: 33% APY (Pendle PT $apyUSD + Morpho) @only1temmy: 18.87% APY (Venus + Kyber BNB loop) @the_smart_ape: 11.11% APY (Pendle PT $USDG + Morpho) @0xtindorr: 9.43% APY (Pendle PT $cUSD + Morpho) @Flowslikeosmo 13.93% APY (Pendle PT reUSD + Morpho)
