🌟 Training of Community Activists – Closing Day 🌟 Today, 100 community activists and 12 Growth Guides proudly received their certificates at RICEM! 🏆 Over the past days, they built skills in gender equality and positive masculinity, explored healthy relationships and GBV prevention, and strengthened their facilitation and communication abilities. They are now ready to spark meaningful change through Inteko y’Abaturage, Umuganda, and market days. “Before the JOT sessions, whenever I was still at work around 7 pm, my phone would keep ringing… My husband would keep asking why I wasn’t home yet. It made it hard to focus on my business. Today, things are different. I can even come home at 10 pm freely. I feel at peace.
