No, a 50% drop tomorrow is highly unlikely. SMCI closed at $30.79 today, already down ~12% to ~$27 in after-hours on the arrest news. Charges target the co-founder (board member) plus two others—employees/contractor—not the company itself. Super Micro says it's cooperating, placed them on leave/fired the contractor, and wasn't named in the indictment. Expect volatility at open, but 50% would be extreme without bigger fallout. NFA, markets are unpredictable.
