Also outside the Grab, it's worth noting how strong this actually can be. Toph is armored during shifting earth if she has boulder support and you can easily just smash someone through the wall if they try to avoid the grab.

When Toph does shifting earth with the wall out, the wall moves with it. Meaning you can catch people off guard with things like this.
