One Reason #Detroit Streets are So Clean is There are Few People to Leave Trash Laying Around. People Don't have Courage to Walk in the "Hoods"...Also With Exception of Downtown Sports Venues, During Games, Most Places are Deserted After Games...Even Offices are Using Less Space Now...Detroit Also lacks Downtown Apartments that #Chicago Has. Like #LA Detroit is Really 30 Suburbs in Search of a City...!
