As much as I want a Welsh team in the group stages of Europe, will TNS getting there further kill the Cymru Prem as a contest? Only full time team, comfortably biggest budget which will only get bigger with European money.

@GMEvans Yes I see that just think it could set a dangerous precedent, what if they make the group stages? They expect teams to play mid week and weekend in league (granted not as much travel) but think they should play.

@10pWelsh Is it a case of trying to give them the ‘BEST’ chance to be successful in Europe as possible? They being successful will benefit them of course but also benefit Wales 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁷󠁬󠁳󠁿 too?

This is ridiculous IMO, we want the league to look more professional but are cancelling games with teams still in Europe 🤦🏻‍♂️TNS are full time, no reason they can’t play on the Sunday.

Our first @CymruLeagues match of the season on 11/08/24 at TNS has been postponed as our opponents are still competing in Europe. A new date will be announced very soon

@GMEvans Either Thursday or Tuesday back to back I think mate, either way they could play on the weekend.

After watching ‘The Final: Attack on Wembley’ it’s honestly mind blowing how they are allowed to host the final of the next Euro’s 🤯

Cymru App full of games today, tomorrow, Friday and Saturday, things you love to see! Plenty of people moaning how boring the Euro’s was, get out and support your local club.

@crwydropeldroed Swansea also got to the final last season, hard to tell with the time of year as lots of the stronger 21’s players will be with the 1st team.

An argument you sometimes hear is that Cardiff, Swansea etc should field reserve/U21 sides in the Cymru Premier. But for context both Newport County and Swansea City U21’s were knocked out of the Nathaniel MG Cup this weekend by Welsh second tier clubs.

It may only be a handful of games but it’s great to see the Cymru App back tonight ❤️ The FAW, rightly and wrongly at times take some stick but this has been a great addition to Welsh football.

The month of July has seen a number of established clubs unfortunately fold 😔 Not good for Welsh football. This month’s blog will be on the challenges of running a club these days and why I think so many clubs are folding.

If no new signings come in before Cheltenham (highly unlikely) - I can see the starting XI being something like this. Townsend - McLoughlin Clarke Baker Glennon - Morris Whitmore Antwi - Evans Baker-Richardson Spellman

Bellamy set to be named then, what’s our thoughts Wales fans? For me, the best option out of realistic appointments! Loved him as a player, always speaks well when talking football, called us making the semi’s in 2016 don’t forget! I’m as excited as when we appointed Speed.

Craig Bellamy is set to be named the new Wales manager. BBC Sport Wales understands the final details of a deal are still to be agreed with both Bellamy and Burnley ⚽️ #BBCFootball
