⬅️Side Delts➡️ A year ago I decided my side Delts were going to be a priority. They were basically non-existent. Looking at bros like Joker and Yukon I was definitely having some severe boulder shoulder envy lol. So after a year what did I learn? Volume. Side Delts need a shit ton of volume. The “twice a week, 6-8 working sets for maximum hypertrophy” doesn’t cut it. Double it. Minimum. 15-20 working sets, 2-3x per week with numerous sets to grinding miserable failure. All the lat raises are good: - Cables (cuffs or not) - Lat Raise Machine - Heavy DB raises (even if they’re only partials) Difference Makers: - Upright Rows - Overhead Pressing - Wide grip front raises So my advice? High volume to the point of miserable burning pain applied with merciless consistency over time. Still got a ton of work to do, but I’m pretty fucking happy with the progress. And to answer the questions ahead of time: Steroids - No TRT - Yes April ‘25 to April ‘25
