Tool to basically help automate posting AI slop to Naver Blogs. Hope we don't start seeing more of this. Or to help import formatted text from another blog service post-by-post I suppose. Tech is neutral after all. github.com/jjlabsio/md-to… #네이버 #네이버블로그 #Naver #NaverBlog

Got hit with Apple's age verification requirements in the App Store today for a 19+ game. Uses Korea's standard telecom-based ID verification (which all Koreans are used to by now) #AgeVerification #Apple #AppStore

Is it just me or does this sound like they're Luddites? By "data free" they actually mean "free public wifi available". Probably Konglish understanding of "데이터" Seoul to make major tourist areas ‘data-free zones’ koreaherald.com/article/107049…

Daangn (Karrot) Market lets you upload pics of your items, its AI auto-writes post title & sales description. Tried it today; worked shockingly well; zero input/edits needed from me. Nice. #당근마켓 #DaangnMarket 당근, 중고거래 AI 글쓰기 기능 도입 about.daangn.com/company/pr/arc…

@sbilik I bet a lot more people use RSS than are realized, there's just no good way to accurately track them (which itself is part of the reason they use RSS...)

Decades later, I'm still a huge fan of using RSS tech for getting news without social media's ((algorithms)). I've used old-school readers; in my Mac days I used netnewswire.com. I've used various text-mode readers and Emacs. For a couple of years I was on Feedly. And then there were experiments with self-hosted web/mobile apps. These past few years I've been a big fan of @NewsBlur. They've been on a tear adding truly useful features (rather than [insert AI for perceived value]). Check out recent updates at: blog.newsblur.com The one that caught my eye the other morning was "Turn any website into an RSS feed": blog.newsblur.com/2026/03/13/web… I look forward to trying this out for those few sites I like that refuse to offer a news feed. Currently, my favorite aspect of NewsBlur is that some sites only include article summaries. In NewsBlur I hit and it attempts to get the body of the article. Nine out of ten times it works beautifully. Overall, it's such a distraction-free way of catching up on tech, politics, news-whatever domains you enjoy. Most importantly, there's no black-box algorithmic heuristic steering you like all big social networks do.
