Halo @DyandraGlobal @loketcom Saya menyampaikan kekecewaan dan keberatan yang sangat serius terkait dugaan penggunaan bot dalam proses pembelian tiket acara yang Anda selenggarakan. Indikasi ini sudah menjadi perbincangan luas di kalangan calon penonton dan menimbulkan persepsi negatif terhadap integritas sistem penjualan tiket serta kredibilitas penyelenggara. Jika dibiarkan tanpa penanganan yang jelas, hal ini berpotensi merusak kepercayaan publik secara lebih luas. Saya menilai bahwa praktik penggunaan bot (jika benar terjadi) merupakan bentuk kecurangan yang mencederai asas keadilan bagi pembeli yang mengikuti proses secara sah. Oleh karena itu, mendesak pihak promotor untuk: • Segera melakukan investigasi menyeluruh terhadap transaksi yang terindikasi tidak wajar. - Membatalkan tiket yang terbukti diperoleh melalui cara yang tidak sah. -Menyampaikan klarifikasi resmi dan transparan kepada publik dalam waktu dekat. - Mengambil langkah konkret untuk memastikan sistem penjualan ke depan lebih aman dan adil. Apabila tidak ada respons atau tindakan nyata dalam waktu yang wajar, tidak menutup kemungkinan untuk menyuarakan hal ini secara lebih luas melalui berbagai kanal publik, mengingat isu ini sudah menjadi perhatian banyak pihak. Berharap dari pihak promotor atau pihak website penyelenggara dapat menangani hal ini dengan serius dan bertanggung jawab demi menjaga kepercayaan penonton serta reputasi acara yang di selenggarakan.
