Today, a swim made me cry. From 2011 - 2020 I only took 5 seconds off my 200m br PB... today, at 24, I knocked 8 seconds off in one day. FINALLY😭🥳 I broke the unspoken 'she was good at breaststroke until puberty' curse that seems to plague teenage girls!
