Spent few years in crypto watching one pattern: Great products fail bcos they don’t solve distribution, partnerships or positioning early enough. I’m focused on helping early stage Web3 teams: – growth strategy – partnerships & BD – clear positioning I share what I’m learning

I am excited about agentic payments with x402 and Agentic Verification with ERC 8084. Bullish on x402 adoption in the next year, not sure if ERC 8084 will see its day soon

We’re experimenting with collective buying + shared upside models. Communities negotiate better deals together, pre finance demand and participate in the economic upside. Think of it as a consumer driven RWA layer, starting with everyday use cases (food, local commerce) and expanding from there. What do you think about collective ownership models beyond traditional tokenization.

The Partnership Trap Everyone wants partnerships. Not everyone knows what a partnership actually means. This is where most BD people fail 1️⃣ A partnership is not a tweet “We’re excited to announce…” means nothing if: • There’s no clear value exchange • No defined deliverables • No timeline • No follow-through Announcement partnerships die in 48 hours. Execution partnerships build ecosystems. 2️⃣ Ask before you pitch Before proposing anything, understand: • What is their current bottleneck? • What does success look like for them in 90 days? • Who are they trying to reach? Then position your offer as the solution to THEIR problem not your agenda. 3️⃣ The best partnerships are boring No hype. No viral threads. Just: • Consistent referrals • Shared audiences that convert • Tools that integrate cleanly • Revenue that flows both ways The flashy deals rarely last. The quiet ones compound. Build fewer partnerships. Make them count.

this is the part web3 keeps learning the hard way: you can incentivize attention all day, but you can’t fake retention when the product still has no real pull

This is a needed reality check. Many strategies optimize for short term attention instead of long-term usage.

The Market Making Misconception Most founders think Market Making is a luxury. It’s not. It’s infrastructure. And waiting until your token is bleeding to care about liquidity? That’s already too late. 1️⃣ What Market Making actually does It’s not just “keeping price stable.” It’s: • Tightening bid ask spreads so traders don’t get wrecked • Ensuring there’s depth when volume spikes • Making your token look tradeable to exchanges and institutions • Reducing manipulation risk Without it, your chart looks like a crime scene. 2️⃣ The window most projects miss The best time to engage a MM? Pre listing or within the first 30 days post TGE. After that, you’re doing damage control not positioning. 3️⃣ What to look for in a MM partner Not all MMs are built the same. Ask: • Do they take fees or loans? • What’s their reporting transparency? • Can they operate across multiple chains? • Have they worked with projects at your stage? Bad liquidity partners can hurt worse than no partner. Liquidity isn’t optional. It’s the difference between a tradeable asset and a ghost chart. Don’t sleep on it.

What I meant is that wealth transfer isn’t unique to market crashes. In a pump (sharp rally), late retail often FOMOs in at the top, while early investors and insiders distribute into strength, wealth transfers from the latecomers to the early movers. In a dump it’s the reverse: panicked sellers hand over assets at discounted prices to patient capital (institutions, whales) who accumulate. So it’s a continuous cycle, both phases redistribute capital from the less prepared to those with better positioning, information, or patience. Crashes just make it more visible
