@123regHelp Hi. I’ve just bought pro lite email and it says that it comes with 10gb storage. When I log in to titan email it says I have only 1gb storage. Can you upgrade my titan email to 10gb?

@123reg Disgraceful servic. Content lying to me all day. None of my emails work as of this morning and I spent over 3 hours on the phone. When it gets too long you just disconnect the call. Your site says status okay but it isn't. Looking so much business as not getting any ext email

@123regHelp hey folks. I can't log in to pay a bill. If I try to reset my password it says "no account with this email address", if I try to create an account it says that an account with my email address already exists. I can't wait on hold as I'm in the USA at the moment.

@123reg is horrible. By mistake i deleted a doman paid until Aug 1, 2027. They cannot can cancel deletion. And they do not refund. deletion takes 30 days. idc about refund but I will not remember to buy it again in30 day!
