@123regHelp I haven't got access to my account, you sent me an email recovery to my email but when I try to log on it states there's no account associated with your email. Yet I've been charged £129 🤷

Well my first tweet and it's a complaint. I wake up with no website and no email. @123reg @GoDaddy I Paid 5 years upfront and my account on 31/3/26 . No phone lines as it's the weekend, no live chat as they removed my account, no email as it bounces back. Urgent resolution needed

@123reg Some really poor support today, so the completexbox.co.uk site has been spiky for loading the past 24 hours for all visitors not just me. Get told it's my ISP, that does not seem like a logical/tech support answer. 🤔

@123regHelp Thanks for getting back to me. I could not wait, both my sites were inaccessible. I’ve managed to resolve the 552 error now. The SSL certs had expired and the AutoSSL button was missing in cPanel, so I manually installed an Origin Certificate. Both sites are now green and secure

@123regHelp My server (92.205.98.20) is completely unresponsive. I have bypassed my proxy and confirmed it's a 522 timeout on your end. Your 'Support' page has no ticket button and chat is closed. Please can you investigate the server outage and fix? Both my sites are down

@123regHelp @roger_godfrey I no longer have any domains with you, so why are you continuing to charge my credit card to renew a domain that doesn’t even exist? Please refund me. Moreover, my account still lists several domains that were transferred away long ago—please delete them.

My partner and I have been using @123reg for hosting various business and charity things since 2009. My partner has just shown me the transcript of a support chat for her hosting. Shockingly unhelpful. Shockingly rude. We won't be using 123reg in future. No need for for that.
