CoinList continues to experience issues with NEON withdrawals. We know this is frustrating for anyone trying to withdraw their tokens. Our team continues to work with our partners to securely scale up the withdrawal capacity. Since this is not the level of service we strive to deliver, we will be waiving all Neon withdrawal fees for the next 7 days and will be removing fees on NEON trading for the next 48 hours. We knew everyone was excited for EVM on Solana, but our systems weren’t quite prepared for the level of enthusiasm the crypto community brought to the distribution and listing. We’ve identified the underlying issues preventing our system from handling the demand and are working to have those remedied for future distributions and listings. Specifically, our systems were unable to handle the capacity at two key points: 1/ Site traffic that rivaled community sale days. We did not have measures in place to handle that enthusiasm, which impacted login and site performance. To remedy this, we have adjusted our internal processes around distributions and listings along with starting engineering efforts to allow us to better serve large communities on days like yesterday. 2/ Withdrawal throughput. This was due to the number of hot wallets we had online with our custodian, along with limited systems in place to scale that out to meet demand. Rest assured both of these are actively being worked on. Your funds are safe and your withdrawals will be processed. Until then, we will offer free trading of NEON for the next 48 hours along with free NEON withdrawals for the next 7 days. Thank you for your patience.

🛠️ NEON withdrawals are experiencing delays due to high volumes and custodian technical difficulties. Withdrawals are being processed in the order we receive them. This is not the level of service we aspire to and are working on new ways to prevent such issues in the future.

@Smack0FF @rargulati @coinmetrika @CoinList it's obvious to everyone except seo, how can a multi-million dollar company that made many seals can't set up token distribution (to send out tokens after 1:30 is a fiasco), to increase the capacity of the site to withstand the flow of users and withdrawal (23 hours)

@rargulati @1337cry @coinmetrika @CoinList nice joke... withdrawals wasn't working since yesterday and it still doesn't work now... i tried to make withdrawal to CEX like 6 times, and every time it was reverted saying Reversal of 5,000 NEON withdrawal. Sounds like an awful comedy

@Coinlist has not made any withdrawals. Since yesterday it has not been withdrawing to exchanges. It looks like a circus! Question for projects - are you happy with the way the site is ruining your reputation? Isn't it better to exit on exchange launchpads without such problems?
