Average sale price: $65,300 Blended cost basis: $80,900 Loss per coin: ~$15,600 15,133 × $15,600 = $236M realized loss They saved $88M buying the bonds back at a 9% discount. Net damage: still roughly $148 million. Don’t put humans and Wall Street between you and your Bitcoin.
