@ScotCitylink thank you to your 8.30am Ed-Gla AIR bus driver who shut the bus door as I was just arriving and then looked at me like I was something from the gutter as I trird to ask to get on before driving off. Welcome home to Scotland eh?

@ScotCitylink I will be. It was no inconvenience to me, 20mins is nothing. Clearly any form of polite expression, or response from your driver was the inconvenience. After all, its not like his role is front customer service is it?

@ScotCitylink Does that regulation also permit your drivers to look at paying customers like they are scum? I am on the 08.50 and for the driver is charming.

@13challenge Hi Robin, sorry to hear this. Unfortunately, if the driver is closing the door - they're not able to reopen this when departing. There is another service at 08:50 you'll be able to board. ^Linzi

@IcelandFoods what is the point in replying immediately asking for a DM with details if you then dont even read the DM 2 days later? The account is active and replying to other messages so its obvious you are on shift. Please resolve my issue.

@IcelandFoods Hi, in an ironic move, I just returned one of my MyProtein mousses to your delivery driver as the order showed I had 11 and not the 10 for £10 deal. I chose to return one as it would be charged full price. I then unpacked shopping to find I only had 9. Help?
