Caitlin Foord was among The Matildas missing from the fan event today. When asked on instagram, the Matildas account replied they were absent due to early flights so they could get home for club matches.

Just saw Caitlin Foord wasn’t at the Matildas fan event. Sending lots of love to her. When you take on the blame for a team loss, the pain is all consuming and I can be impossible to see the good you’ve done for you team.
