Most crypto "signals" are just some meathead staring at a chart and trusting his gut. Here's why that fails over time — and what a rules-based system does differently: Your brain is optimized for pattern recognition, not probability estimation. You see a head-and-shoulders pattern and "feel" bearish. But have you tested it? On BTC specifically? With actual entry/exit rules? Backtesting Tip:👷🏻 Take a break every 10-15 so trades. Yes, it is not live markets or real risk on the line, but you still develop biases, overconfidence, and exhaustion. Any of these can skew the accuracy of your results. Dont be afraid to take a break.

This is incredibly wrong. A clout post, but I will give in:🤦🏻‍♂️ • Obviously moving stops changes the active R:R in an open trade. But that is not the point of measuring R:R. What matters is what you ORIGINALLY RISK. This is because you dont change your risk in drawdown.

When I win a big trade... Lets say $500💰 The money is cool sure. But I dont see it as $500, instead, I see it as 5R. A winner that just covered for 5 losing trades. Thinking like this allows me to focus on sustainability, rather than trying to make money. Do you understand?
