Eyes to the sky over #Colchester at 1515 today!
3 @RoyalAirForce Hercules will be flying over Merville Barracks on a tour around the country to mark the aircraft's retirement.
Since 1966, #airborne soldiers have been frequent flyers on Hercules on exes and ops around the world.

PCAR w/e 4. This w/e saw candidates & support staff from 144, join other reserve units from across 16 Bde - all working extremely hard in their various roles. This w/e included intro to steeplechase, another tough session with the stretcher & log, & a 10 miler tab to top it off.
