Markis McDuffie is on the preseason All-MVC team. 2018 – @GoShockersTFXC wins the AAC women’s cross country title with Winny Koskei taking first place and Rebekah Topham third. Koskei runs the 6-kilometer course in a time of 21:51.96. Topham finishes with a time of 22:16.50.

2015 – Freshman Rebekah Topham wins the JK Gold Classic with a time of 14 minutes, 13.9 seconds in the 4-kilometer race at RAFT Golf Course. @GoShockersTFXC wins the men’s and women’s dual over Kansas State and Oral Roberts.

It’s actually so sad how long it takes people to get diagnosed with Lyme. Took me 10 years, 15+ doctors, and hundreds of doctor appointments until somebody even THOUGHT of testing me and then of course it came back positive.

Just keeps getting better and better 🙌
