Many weeks you wonder is the effort worth it, waking up hungover with no sleep chasing after half a team who sometimes don’t seem to appreciate the effort. That’s why tonight proved every bit of effort is worth it when I was presented these 2 shirts from the lads

Clubman of the year 🏆 Running a club is an unappreciated role, it takes a lot of effort making sure week in week out everything is sorted for the lads who turn up. This seasons well deserved winner is @ljtay96 whose effort this season was unbelievable & very much appreciated ❤️

Tonight we had our awards night, a poor season for us after winning no trophies but only due to an incredible @MensWanderers who we pushed all the way in every competition. Love these lads win or lose, only worth the effort week in week out because of these boys ❤️

Today we played @MensWanderers in our last game for the league title and unfortunately lost 3-0. 1-0 down we tried to push for a goal in the last 10 and got punished twice. Wormingford Newtown well deserved winners today though, well done lads on your treble 🏆🏆🏆

🚨 🏆 OUR FINAL GAME FOR THE PREMIER DIVISION TROPHY! This Sunday May 12th, we’re up against @MensWanderers who have already won 2 trophies this season in our last league game, potentially our final ever game. Fifteen Degrees only need a point to lift the trophy, however a loss will see Wormingford Newtown lift the trophy. It all comes down to this last game where the two best Colchester sunday league teams go head to head. The lads could really use all the support they could get, it’s going to be a hot day and a big battle.
