So I clipped a video that was court side to the slowest frame rate possible In fractional seconds you can see this shot go off You see palm…the question is was there possible a finger tip touching…we are down to hundredths of a second at this point Long story short there is no way to say definitively without a doubt that the call on the court (make) should’ve been overturned You’d have to have a high-speed camera shooting in slow motion at the perfect angle with a timer that had hundredths of seconds going to know for sure Sure, there’s debate on if he got an offer or not, but that’s the problem debate… if it’s not definitive, you don’t overturn that call and I think this video here clearly shows there’s no way to know for sure and other angles. Tell the exact same story.
