@1957_Rick @kenjimxx Can you point out those who were into slave trade and resided here to be fed and clothed here? Nobody needed slaves in Ghana. They needed slaves in their plantations and Mills and house works abroad. Not in Africa

Asantes were even slaves till 1690-1701 So who were those selling us around 1500s n later coming to blame us today
MR SAMMY@ErnestooPa

@IAmajeedez @kwakuhelate1 Slave trade started in Gold Coast the late 15th century. Ashanti Empire established 1701, So I'm asking you 16th century to 17th century who are those tribes re doing Slave business?

@Mike_Amanpene You’re speaking total rubbish… Asantes didn’t exist during the 15/1600s so who were trading slaves with Europeans? Also how can the largest slave owner not have a single store house to sell those slaves? How does that make any sense? Wholesaler without a warehouse, wahu bi da?

Yes. All of our ancestors in modern day Ghana partook in slavery — especially the royals of all the different tribes. It’s just the Asante’s were the most dominant power, and thus the largest slavers owing to that fact.

Salaga Slave Market(Gonja) Atorkor slave Market(Ewes) Pikworo Slave Market(Kassena) Hedzrananowo Slave Market(Ewe) There’s a slave market between walewale to Tamale but I have forgotten the name (definitely Dagombas) But no let’s blame the Asantes Moyale yale 😂

🚨BREAKING: Liam Rosenior on Chelsea finishing top four this season: “Top four isn’t the priority right now. We’re focused on building long-term structure, identity, and consistency matter more than immediate results. We have no intention of finishing in the top four this season. The goal is to develop a team that want to compete, we want to improve, but the focus is on developing a team that can dominate for years, not just finish in the top four once or chase short-term positions. Chelsea demands success, but we’re not rushing the process. The project is clear, and we’re sticking to it.”

@Ghanabeans @kenjimxx That’s a foolish thing to say. Didn’t the captured people have families in Ghana? This the slave masters live in Ghana and had Ghanaians serve them. Didn’t they destroy and burn 1000s of settlements in Ghana? Is it not the same Ghana Mahama is a president of?

@kenjimxx Yes, who were the slaves? Obviously not those of us still in this country, because no slaves returned. So those who should benefit if there are any reparations are Some black Americans, carribeans, Liberians and Co. Tho I don't understand their outrage towards us rather

@NanaPhill @tv3_ghana @xghana_ You can search Akuffo Addo or Bawumia on my TL and draw your conclusion. I just know the quality of T.I Amass and Prempeh when it comes to visual arts… none of the other schools comes close. Most of the other school’s didn’t pull their weight. Just being honest
