Most friendly attendant that I have EVER experienced. Welcomed EVERY passenger to the plane. AA Flight 420 - no name tag or I would name him too. He makes you look good @AmericanAir

@AmericanAir This should be a no-brainer. The flight was cancelled by either mechanical according to cust serv or pilot timed out according to captain on flight. Not weather - other planes left when we came back to the gate. I have pics to show that.

Submitted my third request to @AmericanAir for my cancelled flight in CLT on 06/25/25. Was told my Customer Relations I would be reimbursed (recorded line at 9:30 pm EST) for hotel accommodations and minimal toiletries and underclothing since I had no access to my bags. Denied??

@AmericanAir If waiting on the tarmac causes an internal review then this explains the wait. They are obviously inside conducting internal reviews. This happens almost ever since trip which would cause a lot of internal reviews. Thanks for the clarity.

As per normal here at Springfield-Branson airport. Waiting on gate crew. Literally 90% of the time we wait for a crew. @AmericanAir

AA did call back at the 2.5 hour mark. As they always are, the agent was helpful. It just wasn’t on the mark as they said.

@goingplacesCLE Why are we waiting for 23 minutes to get luggage after flight AA 2731 from DFW. 23 minutes and carousel has not moved. Not acceptable and especially on a Saturday which is a non-business travel day.

That’s Morgan on AA 3756. We are halfway to DFW and she is STILL working all of the guests here in the front of the plane. @AmericanAir

Two good flights today. One from DCA to ORD and then to SGF. Attendants were congenial (especially the second leg) and pilots informative (love that). Also consistent is the fact we ALWAYS wait for ground crew at SGF. @AmericanAir
