Gelmeyen şampiyonlukla ‘terbiye’ edilen kitlelerin, bu elemanın peşinden gidilmesi isteniyor. 3 Temmuz’da tam manasıyla başaramadıkları, ‘SARI LACİVERT DUVAR’a tosladıkları, çökme operasyonunu bitirmek istiyorlar. 3 Temmuz’da hapisle terbiye edemedikleri tutsağı, bugün ihaleyle, egoyla, kişisel düşmanlıklarıyla ele geçirmişler. 3 Temmuz’un muhatabı olan kişi, bugün 3 Temmuz failleriyle lanetli bir ortaklık içerisinde. Kurduğu masada yer alan tetikçilerle, Fenerbahçe’nin 120 yıllık tabiatını değiştirmek istiyorlar. Dear Sir or Madam, I respectfully submit this formal complaint in order to bring to UEFA’s attention a number of serious allegations and ongoing judicial investigations in the Republic of Türkiye involving individuals who are currently or formerly affiliated with Galatasaray Sports Club. Based on publicly available court records and widely reported coverage in national and international media, the individuals listed below have been reported to be subject to criminal investigations, prosecutions, detentions, or ongoing legal proceedings involving grave allegations: Mr. Rezan Epözdemir (Former Vice President of Galatasaray SK): Allegations and investigations related to bribery. Mr. Murat Özkaya (Galatasaray Congress Member and President of Eyüpspor): Investigations and allegations related to match-fixing. Mr. Remzi Sanver (Former General Secretary of Galatasaray SK): Allegations concerning membership in a criminal organization and money laundering. Mr. Eray Yazgan (General Secretary of Galatasaray SK): Allegations related to illegal betting advertisements. Mr. Lütfi Arıboğan (Former Vice President of the Turkish Football Federation and Former General Manager of Galatasaray Sportif A.Ş.): Allegations concerning assistance to a terrorist organization. Mr. Erden Timur (Former Vice President of Galatasaray SK): Allegations involving match-fixing, money laundering, and illegal betting activities. Mr. Dursun Özbek (Former Executive of Galatasaray SK): Allegations concerning illegal betting advertisements. According to publicly reported information, some of the above-mentioned individuals have been detained, while others continue to face ongoing judicial proceedings. Despite the seriousness and multiplicity of these allegations, there appears to be no publicly known comprehensive or institutional investigation initiated at the club’s senior management level. In light of UEFA’s strict regulations concerning sporting integrity, anti-corruption, financial transparency, the prevention of match manipulation, and the fight against illegal betting, I respectfully request that UEFA conduct an independent review to assess whether Galatasaray SK’s sporting and financial activities comply with UEFA’s ethical and regulatory standards. This submission does not seek to prejudge the outcome of any judicial process. All references are strictly based on publicly reported information and ongoing legal proceedings.
