POWERFUL: #Commanders Pro Bowl WR Deebo Samuel says his MOTHER was not around growing up because she got caught up in the “street life” and he nearly ended up homeless. Deebo had to move in with his grandmother until he was a freshman and she got sick, he nearly became homeless, “I had nowhere to live. Nowhere to go. No one, I felt like, I could turn to” He says then his stepmom, Precious, took him in and kept strict guidelines to assure his grades were good enough. "My grades weren’t the best, but she clamped down on me… I really think she saved my life. Sh*t, she raised me.” Deebo went down to be a star in college and an All-Pro & Pro Bowler in the #NFL.
