
@Sonos does anyone monitor support cases for weekend orders?? The website sent me a confirmation for a black sub when I ordered a white one. After spending an inordinate amount of time trying to change that one detail only to find that it's not able to be done even immediately after seeing the issue and notifying you before it shipped. I created a case but apparently nobody it looking at it because it's the weekend? Well unfortunately/fortunately the shipping department is alive and well... Looks like you just sent me the wrong color sub 3... How do we got this resolved?
